Dr. Oler graduated from Purdue's School of Veterinary Technology in 1978 and Purdue"s School of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. He began his veterinary career in dairy practice, and over the years has taken on the role of small animal practitioner.  After moving to the Verde Valley in 2006 and working in a local practice, he decided to open his own pet clinic in Cornville.  This clinic will allow Dr. Oler to return to his roots as the "local country vet." style of practice, which focuses on communication, client education and quality pet care.
